Community Involvement
Located in Dawson Creek, Triple J Pipelines is a proud member of the Peace River region as well as the broader Western Canadian community. As such, community involvement is an vital part of our activities, and one that is quite important to us personally. Although we are quite proud to be providing career opportunities for over 600 employees and helping to responsibly develop our region's vast oil and gas resources, we are also strongly committed to helping improve the local communities in which we live and work.
We strive to improve all aspects of our local community including safety, environment, education, social welfare and overall economic development. Our team maintains a deep tradition of varied philanthropic activities, working and contributing to support our local medical facilities, education programs, sports teams, community centres, parks and much more.
We are particularly committed to engaging and maintaining strong relationships with our region's Indigenous communities. We strive for a respectful, collaborative approach to communicating and ensuring our responsibilities to the community and environment are met. Wherever possible, we provide employment and sub-contract opportunities for members of local Indigenous groups and Indigenous-owned companies. With Indigenous communities as well, we maintain our pledge to contribute to the overall community and its economic development.
